1. How can I post an ad on huniversity.hu/flat?
Your ads will always be posted by the Huniversity Team. After signing the contract, (which you can read here: ) and providing the information needed for the ad, via e-mail or personally, our collegues will upload the ad withing 3 days.
2. How many ads can I post as an individual?
We are ready to sign any number of contracts with you, according to your need and preference.
3. When will my advertisement appear on the website?
Your ads will always be posted by the Huniversity Team. After signing the contract, (which you can read here: ) and providing the information needed for the ad, via e-mail or personally, our collegues will upload the ad within 3 days.
4. How long are my ads visible for?
After successfully renting your apartment, you will need to send us an e-mail to , and tell us to make your ad inactive. Should you wish to advertise it again, all you have to do is send us an e-mail and tell us to reactivate the ad. This effectively means that unless you tell us to deactivate or delete your ad, it will be visible for an unlimited time.
5. How can I modify my ads?
Please send an e-mail to with the data you wish to modify, and out collegues will be more than happy to do it for you.

Please send an e-mail to , and tell us you wish to delete your ad, and our collegues will do it immediately.
8. How can I activate my deactivated ads?
Please send an e-mail to , telling us you wish to activate your ad, and our collegues will raeactivate it immediately.
9. What are the extra services provided to my rented flat?
The tenants can order a cleaning service, to make their stay more comfortable.
If you wish, it is possible to only look for tenants who want to order the cleaning service.
10. Is my ad only visible on huniversity.hu/flat?
Yes, we only upload your ad to our website. Considering that the huniversity.hu contains two parts: the flat finder and the buddy finder, one can find your advertisement by using buddy finder as well.
11. How can I set the language of the page?
By clicking on the flag in the top right cornerof the page, you can switch the language from hungarian to english, or vica versa.
12. I would like to contact somebody who posted an ad. What should I do?
Contacting will always happen through one of our collegues, using the phone number visible under the chosen ad.
13. What kind of services does Huniversity provide, other then the Flat and Buddy Finder?
Huniversity also has its own cleaning, maintenance and state assessment services.
14. How can I order these services?
Any and all sevices may be ordered by calling the number under the „Contacts” tab.
15.What are frats or party flats?
Frats or party flats are large apartments where a larger number of people can live together for a cheaper price. These apartments are in the best places in the city, and are usually very high quality. Because of the increased number of residents, living in a party flat means you can live in a „regular” flat cheaper, or in a high quality flat for the same price.
16. How can I apply to a frat or party flat?
If you like a frat or party flat, contact u sas soon as possible, before the places fill up!
17.What does favoriting a flat mean?
You can favorite a flats to let others see you are interested in them. After favoriting a flat, you can post comments under it.
18. How can I post comments under flats?
You can only comment on flats you favorited.
19.How can link advertisements?
If you want to use the links of the flats you found, just right click on the ad and choose copy link.
20.What is „Ask for quotation”?
You can ask for quotation of flats you like, which will include more detailed costs and information.
